Brave Babe Blueprint Group Coaching: My group coaching program is an 8-week program that will start January 2020. Registration opens November 1st ,2019. I am offering a closed enrollment which means I have limited availability for this group. Each month you will get 3 group video-calls per week (1 hour each) and 1 private one-on-one call (30 min) with me. In total, you receive 4 coaching sessions per month. In addition to the coaching, you will get access to my digital curriculum that consists of over 40 lessons with at-home activities, meditations, readings, homework and journaling. The curriculum is to be done at your own pace and the assignments are for you and you only. This isn’t like a college class where papers are due. All homework activities are optional (but highly recommended) for you to explore outside of our sessions without the pressure of deadlines. Lastly, you get access to my exclusive BBB facebook group for BBB clients only.
Is Group Coaching for you?
Group coaching is amazing for the person who is longing for a community they can feel safe sharing and learning from outside of their existing friend groups. The BBB group is an amazing outlet to release and share without judgement. The BBB group generates a ton of energy and motivation which makes each Brave Babe want to work harder. The group coaching is great for someone looking for accountability and connection. Past clients loved the group option because they felt less alone in their struggles. Brave Babe Blueprint Private-Coaching: This is also a 8-week program that includes one, 45 minute call per week. One-on-one means more in-depth coaching. In addition to the coaching, you will get access to my digital curriculum that consists of over 40 lessons with at-home activities, meditations, readings, homework and journaling. The curriculum is to be done at your own pace and the assignments are for you and you only. As well as exclusive access to my BBB facebook group for BBB clients only. Even though you work with me you still have access to the BBB community via facebook and instagram.
Is Private Coaching for you?
Private Coaching is for the person who really wants to dig into their work. Since we work one-on-one we are able to cover a lot more ground because you have all of my attention on each call. This is for the self-motivated rockstar who isn’t needing community support but who is seeking more specified, undivided attention.

We will look at your routine from fuel (food), sleep, workouts, community, mindset, and self-care to shift/improve your current routine if needed.
Instead of feeling afraid of food, you'll have the knowledge and education to make healthy and nutrient-focused choices without overthinking everything you put in your mouth. I'll give you mock up meal plans, grocery lists, snack recommendations, as well as foods that are healing for the nervous system, anxiety, inflammation, and gut health.
I will guide you to find a sense of power, trust, and love for yourself instead of relying on outside validation from work, people, etc.
We will ease the anxiety and need for control. We will look at the bigger picture of what is causing the need for control with food, diet, exercise, body image so you can build a healthy relationship with yourself without the pressure. Trust is the biggest muscle we need to strengthen.
Lastly, you'll gain more awareness of yourself - how you think, interact, and show up in the world. This awareness is what makes the most profound changes in someone's life. Once you are aware of how you operate we then can make tweaks in areas you are ready to grow in.
